Day 1

0745 Breakfast: 1 cup of Grape Nuts, 2T of Raisins, 3oz Turkey Breast and 1sm Gala Apple

1230 Snack 1: 1 Bread roll and 1sm Gala Apple.

Exercise Routine: Group Training Series, Level 1, Short Duration

Remarks: I will be attending NOFFS (Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling Series) in January. In an effort to go in with some level of knowledge, and because I haven't been taking care of myself like I should be, I have decided to do some research and see what exactly this program has to offer.

Today's routine wasn't exactly all that challenging, but that is because I did level 0. I can see some benefit from the intro level of the series, and I think it will get better once I get the movements and circuits down.
